When I first met David in August 2007 I weighed 159lbs soaking wet.  David's first question to me was "what is your goal"?

I told David that I was tired of being skinny and I wanted to build total body strength.  As I had always been a thin runner and never ate breakfast I knew this would be a challenge. 

Well I did not know it then, but I had just met a trainer who knew what he was doing.  David taught me how to eat and how to weight train.  He taught me why this was important to gaining weight and increasing muscle mass while he instructed me on the correct lifting techniques so I would not hurt myself.

This morning, January 5th 2008, I weighed in at 183lbs (a 24lbs gain while I kept my 32inch waist.  I no longer feel skinny and on my last workout David has already asked me to write down my goals for 2008. 

I am excited about 2008 and look forward to continued progress.  I highly recommend David to anyone trying to improve their physical fitness!

All of the body weight gains were lean, and I improved in cardio and anaerobic performance as well.  Most importantly, my on ice improvements were phenomenal thanks to Dave.  I was named All-Conference Goalie of the Year my first two seasons in college.  I have continued using Dave’s programs since he joined the Duquesne University Coaching Staff, and now I am preparing for pro tryouts this summer.  He was so inspirational, in fact, that I am now pursuing a career in Sports Science to follow in his footsteps.
