Training athletes to perform at their best has been a staple program at Revolution Athletics for many years.  Coach Pollitt has worked with junior and elite athletes in Cross Country Skiing, Triathlon, Long Distance Running, Cycling, Hockey, Bobsled, Soccer, Golf, Team Handball, Track & Field and Wheelchair Racquetball.  With all of this experience we are able to create training programs that will help you excel in your sport, whatever that may be!

Pricing

Sport Training Sessions (60 minutes per session)

Option #1 – 3 month contract (2x/week, 24 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of $340.00

Option #2 – 3 month contract (3x/week, 36 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of $510.00

Option #3 – 1 year contract (2x/week, 96 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of $300.00

Option #4 – 1 year contract (3x/week, 144 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of $450.00

Sport Training Sessions (30 minutes per session)

Option #5 – 3 month contract (3x/week, 36 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of $360.00

Option #6 – 3 month contract (4x/week, 48 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of $480.00

Option #7 – 1 year contract (3x/week, 144 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of $330.00

Option #8 – 1 year contract (4x/week, 192 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of $440.00

Summer Conditioning Programs
Starting at the beginning of  the 2008 off-season (early April), Revolution Athletics will hosting summer training programs for athletes of different sports to develop maximum conditioning.  The mix of athletes is our goal as this will stimulate everyone to work at their best every day to achieve results.

Cost & Schedule To Be Determined.

Notes for all training sessions:

  • All sessions are pre-paid monthly by EFT, credit card, personal cheque or cash.
  • Session cancellations require 24 hour notice (only family emergencies will be allowed for session credit).
  • We do not offer one-on-one training (therefore we try to group people each hour).
  • We expect athletes to show up early for sessions and stay late to get in some extra cardio training or stretching.
  • For summer programs there will be no cancellations allowed for any reason (if you miss a session there is no credit or make-up session).
