RESULTS, it's what it's all about. There are all
kinds of personal trainers out there with minimal
qualifications and no real world experience. Most
of the time a good trainer is the one who can sell the
most...just look around. If a trainer is drinking
or eating while training you, wearing jeans, looking at
the "hot single girls" in the corner or always wants to
sell you something that is a red flag.
Our training facility is small, clean and
very personal so you can relax and focus on the workout
at hand. We will do all the "heavy lifting" in
terms of planning out your workout, following up on your
nutrition, scheduling monthly fitness evaluations, and
sending you regular emails and information.

Pricing
At Revolution Athletics you
should know what the prices are up front so we never
hide what we charge. Our fees are not the cheapest in
the industry, but we are not the most expensive either.
Rather than compete on price our feeling is that other
gyms and trainers should try to compete with us on
client results and service (and we welcome
that challenge).
60 Minute
Sessions
Option #1 – 3 month
contract (2x/week, 24 sessions total) = 3 monthly
payments of $340.00
Option #2 – 3 month
contract (3x/week, 36 sessions total) = 3 monthly
payments of $510.00
Option #3 – 1 year
contract (1x/week, 48 sessions total) = 12 monthly

Notes for all
training sessions:

All sessions are
pre-paid monthly by EFT, credit card, personal
cheque or cash.

Session
cancellations require 24 hour notice (only family
emergencies will be allowed for session credit).

One-on-One training is never guaranteed. Due
to the price of the sessions we will try to group
all clients into groups of 2 to 4, although during
some hours personal training occurs do to the time
you come in.

We encourage
clients to show up early for sessions and stay late
to get in some extra cardio training or stretching.

All clients can
use our cardiovascular equipment at any time the gym
is open for business.

For Indoor Boot
Camp training there will be no cancellations allowed
for any reason (if you miss a session there is no
credit or make-up session).
