At Revolution
Athletics we do things much differently from what is
considered normal in the fitness business.
First of all
we use a different form of training compared to
traditional gyms or studios, and our approach to your
fitness is also very different. Check out our
Methodology section to see why we produce
unparalleled results.
Second, we
provide great service to all of our clients, period.
We know that we are in business to help make your sport
and fitness goals a reality, but it makes things much
easier when people also feel they are begin taken care
of with all the little things. For example we
offer bi-monthly newsletters and over 80 articles on
this site to help you learn more about health and
fitness. At our facility we pride ourselves on a
clean, modern, and highly functional place that is
geared towards other high end training facilities.
Lastly, we do
not offer one-on-one training or sessions to be
purchased in "blocks of time". In our research we
have found that small, semi-private group training of
2-4 clients is the best way to train. The client
gets a break on the cost, is surrounded by others with
similar motivations, and it provides a social training
network where you become accountable to the group rather
than just yourself. As for the blocks of time we
want people to commit to their goal rather than simple
buy blocks of time and come in at random times (it
simply won't help your progress or your goals).
Pricing
At Revolution
Athletics you should know what the prices are up front
so we never hide what we charge. Our fees are not
the cheapest in the industry, but we are not the most
expensive either. Rather than compete on price our
feeling is that other gyms and trainers should try to
compete with us on client results and service
(and we welcome that challenge).
Fitness Coaching Sessions (60 minutes per session)
Option #1 – 3 month
contract (2x/week, 24 sessions total) = 3 monthly
payments of $340.00
Option #2 – 3 month
contract (3x/week, 36 sessions total) = 3 monthly
payments of $510.00
Option #3 – 1 year
contract (1x/week, 48 sessions total) = 12 monthly
payments of $150.00
Option #4 – 1 year
contract (2x/week, 96 sessions total) = 12 monthly
payments of $300.00
Option #5 – 1 year
contract (3x/week, 144 sessions total) = 12 monthly
payments of $450.00
Revolution Sessions
Revolution sessions are a specially designed training
program in which client's workout for only 30 minutes
per session. Also, with this program clients have
the freedom to schedule training sessions any time
during the day (Monday through Saturday) at the
beginning of each week. This way, workouts fit
your busy schedule!
Option #6 – 3 month contract
(2x/week, 24 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of
$240.00
Option #7 – 3 month contract
(3x/week, 36 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of
$360.00
Option #8 – 3 month contract
(4x/week, 48 sessions total) = 3 monthly payments of

Option #9 – 1 year contract (2x/week,
96 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of $220.00
Option #10 – 1 year contract
(3x/week, 144 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of

Option #11 – 1 year contract
(4x/week, 192 sessions total) = 12 monthly payments of

Wednesday/Saturday Sessions
Several years ago we introduced
Saturday sessions into our training philosophy. Not
everyone can afford traditional training or perhaps they
might want to workout with a larger group of like minded
individuals. The result is the Saturday
sessions. Groups of up to 20 people are lead through a
challenging circuit type class that will be as easy or
as hard as you need it to be. Recently we have
added a session on Wednesday evenings to round out Sessions are 45 minutes
in length and will focus on conditioning, strength
training and fun.
Sessions start at 7pm on Wednesday
nights, and 11am on Saturday mornings.
Option #12 – 3 month contract (every
Saturday for 3 months, 12 sessions) =
3 payments of $88.00
Option #13 – 3 month contract (every
Wednesday/Saturday for 3 months, 24 sessions) = 3
payments of $160.00
Family Sessions
We realize that in southern
California it can be difficult to spend time with your
family. At Revolution Athletics we encourage you to
spend time with the family while you all learn about
fitness and workout as a family. Therefore, we have
created family sessions. Clients will be encouraged to
bring in the family (up to 6 people) ages 4 and older to
have fun and exercise as a family. It builds family
relationships and develops positive habits with regard
to exercise. Sessions are 45 minutes (to keep
everyone’s attention), and will feature training
appropriate training for each individual of the family.
Option #13 – 3 month contract (every
Sunday for 3 months, 12 sessions) = 3 payments of
$300.00
Notes for all training sessions:

All sessions are pre-paid monthly
by EFT, credit card, personal cheque or cash.

Session cancellations require 24
hour notice (only family emergencies will be
allowed for session credit).

We do not offer one-on-one
training (therefore we try to group people each
hour).

We encourage clients to show up
early for sessions and stay late to get in some
extra cardio training or stretching.

All clients can use our
cardiovascular equipment at any time the gym is open
for business.

For team training you there will
be no cancellations allowed for any reason (if you
miss a session there is no credit or make-up
session).
